What Itchy is
Itchy is software, not a person. It compiles project status information and emails scheduled summaries. Nobody sits down and decides to write to you — a job runs, and Itchy sends what it found.

How it works
- It runs on a schedule. It does not decide to email you.
- It sends to a fixed list of recipients. It does not collect addresses and does not add them on its own.
- It does not send marketing.
